| Mid Continent Controls Participates in Food Drive. The 2002 Holiday Season saw MC2 participate in a food and clothing drive, collecting items on behalf of Wichita's Interfaith Ministries program called "Operation Holiday." Each year this organization provides assistance to those in need during the holiday season, collecting not only non-perishable food items, but cold weather clothing as well. |

| This year, with a slumping economy and industry layoffs, an estimated 500 to 1000 additional families will be in need of emergency assistance. MC2 employees filled several "Operation Holiday" boxes with donated food of all types and 25 coats were given as well. Also included were hats, mittens, scarves and other items to keep those who may be in need warm during the cold Kansas winter season. |  |
