MC2 155W RMS Stereo Amplifier Information.

Mid Continent Controls offers a 3 channel stereo amplifier which packs 155W RMS of power in an extremely compact design. Our amplifier will accept either line level or high level audio input levels, and selectable crossover networks are incorporated to configure the output channels providing 1 subwoofer and 2 high pass outputs. An internal volume control has been incorporated into the amplifier, eliminating the need for additional expensive modules to control volume levels. Easy to install, configure and maintain, our amplifier is simple to trim with its diagnostics software operating on a laptop computer. Connection is made through the amplifier's RS-232 port for setting trims and crossover points which may be optimized for a broad spectrum of listening experiences within particular cabin environments.

We have also incorporated a PA mute input to shut the amplifier off during passenger briefing messages. A speaker on/off input is provided to allow remote operation and, for flexibility in designing your system, our amplifier will accept both +12VDC and +28VDC input for the remote on/off. Trim adjustment potentiometers are also provided for both the high and low pass sections when in manual mode, with a diagnostics LED incorporated in our design to assist with the proper adjustment of these output sections.
