MC2 Compact "Region-Free" Single Media Disc Player Information.

No matter if your aircraft cabin is large or small, Mid Continent Controls' Compact "Region-Free" Single Media Disc Player will assist you in space and weight savings for in-flight entertainment installations, or allow for an IFE option where one was previously nonexistent. Extremely compact and lightweight, our "Region-Free" Single Media Disc Player provides enjoyment of DVD, DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW discs while allowing for the additional play of music CDs, MP3 files and VCDs. Our Media Disc Player is capable of reading discs from all regions so your viewing pleasure won't be limited by international travel and, for further IFE options, we have incorporated an external Auxiliary Audio Input into the design located on the faceplate.

Providing big screen entertainment in a very small package, our Media Disc Player weighs in at a mere 2.56lbs. (1,162g) and features a simple wiring configuration along with IR remote control capability. Installation of our player is simple and easy, which will be appreciated by your installation technicians. Likewise, its operation is intuitive and straightforward, which will be appreciated by your passengers. The unit is contained in a rugged metal enclosure and incorporates a "tray-less" design for disc loading, thus eliminating the fragile loading trays which may be easily broken or snagged in the aircraft cabin. The standard finish is a satin black anodized faceplate with illuminated operating buttons, readily complimenting the aesthetics of any cabin decor.
